Featuring 44 private rooms across four intimate households, each includes its own kitchen, dining, and living spaces to foster familiarity and independence. Thoughtfully designed with input from care staff, rooms include dementia-friendly features like intuitive layouts and amber night lighting. The Cottage is the first of its kind to use tunable circadian lighting to improve sleep and reduce agitation. Daily programming supports holistic wellness through fitness, creative activities, music therapy, and cognitive engagement. A secure sensory courtyard invites exploration with lush paths, interactive elements, and soothing sounds. Residents enjoy chef-prepared meals in cozy dining rooms tailored to their preferences.
